Irqbalance

Irqbalance is known for causing trouble on some boxes. El_Angelo just
told me about it and I ran into aagard whose problems are probably
related to it as well. I really don't think that running it by default
is a good idea. We should exclude it from our default ISO setup. If
somebody wants to run it (and actually knows about it) he can do it for
himself by lin'ing it manually.
