ppp 2.4.4

Hi everybody,

  The 2.4.4 version of ppp was released for some time. I have found a patch 
for MPPE support and have updated the module in moonbase. It compiles and 
work fine here. However i was unable to test the MPPE support, so i haven't 
committed the new module in the moonbase. If someone can test the MPPE 
support please do.
