mount script - again

Hi,

I reworked our mount script's fsck routine a little to let it rely
more on fsck's judgement and also added some new failsafe code (anything
above exit code 2 does not require a reboot). This should also fix the
multiple fsck checks issues.

Please comment .. patch attached.
