wrong sha1sum for hdparm and shadow

Ok, this is a broken download as well. I can't seem to get the file from
either of the two mirrors. And the first URL unfortunately returns an error
page that lunar mistakenly tries to use as tarball, which naturally leads to
the sha1sum error.
