REMINDER: $SOURCE_URL's no longer may have /$SOURCE at the end

Hi all,

please be reminded that it is no longer allowed to include the $SOURCE 
in the $SOURCE_URL anymore, as this results in a broken download. Make 
sure you don't make this mistake again.

The reason for this change, which I performed myself on the entire 
MOONBASE, is that this allows us to do better mirror testing and 
fallback during downloading. It increases the chance of a succesfull 
download by a large factor (up to 20x with sourceforge-based projects).
