courier-imap version 4.0.2

Hi everyone,

   I have seen that version 4.0.2 of courier-imap was released. It depends on 
courier-authlib now. I have created a new module for courier-authlib and 
reworked a bit the courier-imap module. Both are attached here. Please test 
them in order to be commited to the moonbase.
