The only thing required is your registered nickname -- whenever you
identify, NickServ will change your hostmask to reflect your cloak.

NOTE: if your nick is linked to other nicks, *all* your nicks will get
the cloak, this is why I'm asking everyone if they want it, and what
nick they want it on. This /is/ permanent until you ask to have it
removed, or lilo or I have it removed.

-Striker

Example:
[12:20:23]--- -NickServ- Password accepted - you are now recognized
[12:20:23]--- mode [Striker :+e] by services.
[12:20:23]--- -MemoServ- You have no new memos
[12:20:23]--- NickServ set your hostname to
"striker-sustaining-pdpc.developer.lunar-linux"

The system requirements said "Windows 95 or better"
So I installed Linux.

Microsoft sells you Windows; Linux gives you the house.
