bsddb3: Now shipping with Python. We should just make Python depend on
db and and get rid of bsddb3.

drac: Easy task there. Just go for it. It's the last show stopper.

latext2html: Works with db4.

Once you're done Stefan, please move over the module. I might be around
.. depends on wether there is a new router when I get to work or not ;-)
