exim does NOT work with db4

Again, I did "lrm db", editing exim/DEPENDS to use db4 instead of db, and
regenerated /var/state/lunar/depends* and then did "lin exim"

It fails big time.  exim does NOT compile correctly when only db4 is installed
on my lunar box.  Attached is the failed exim compile log.
