gettext-0.14.2 version

Hi everybody,

   The 0.14.2 version of gettext app was released. I have installed it on my 
system ad it works just fine. Tested with 2.6.10 kernel, gcc 3.4.3 and glibc 
2.3.4.  Please test the module on your systems aswell in order to put it into 
the moonbase.
