BAD apache/php/mhash upgrades

never mind all of this - somehow the upgrades completely barfed on mocha 
- but on espresso they ran fine. After recompiling the sh*t out of it 
and editing some config mistake that hase been living in my ssl configs 
for years - it all works now again.
