BAD apache/php/mhash upgrades

I've just reverted mhash to 0.9.2 -> 0.9.3 BREAKS php-4.4.1

apache-2.2.0 also doesn't work correctly: SSL is completely futzed with 
my working config - it refuses to enable SSL support. I had to revert 
one of our servers to 2.0.5x !!!

These modules are supposed to WORK AT ALL TIMES - please DO NOT TEST 
JUST "apache2" without testing that the most important dependencies like 
php4 and SSL also are functioning.
