newt 0.51.6 vesion

Hi everyone,

  I have installed on my system the 0.51.6 version of newt app. It seem to run 
just fine. Due to the fact that it have a special dl patch in our moonbase i 
attach here the proposed module and suplimentary path to the source tarball.
