[Lunar-bugs] don't mark bugs as *closed* please!!

Ahhh, good to know.  I was under the assumption that the "fixer" marks the 
issue "fixed" why they feel it is fixed, and then the original poster, once 
they verified the fix works for them, closes it.

My fault, sorry.
