Took care of this (using babelfish).  We have version 0.4.5, there is a note 
on it's homepage hat says... In reaction to this problem (a bug described 
earilier on the page with 0.4.5) I removed version 0.4.5 from the server.  
Please do not use it any longer.

0.4.6 is the current release.

So currently our module 404s on attempting to lget it. I would bump it, but I 
would have no way of testing it, so I didn't feel comfortable doing so.  
Anyone else care to?
