new version of FAM

 Hello,
This morning i saw that there is the 2.7.0 version of FAM, i don't want to 
update this module because there is some patchset (i don't know really the 
stuff around this module). Would you update it ?

Why ? because the 2.6.9 version doesn't compile with lastest gcc 3.4.3
