postgresql module

Hope you don't mind my fiddling with this. There are a few things I'd like to 
do with postgresql that require an application called postgis, see here for 
details; http://postgis.refractions.net/

All I've done so far is add some options to the lin of postgresql as I might 
want to use them down the road with postgis. I couldn't figure out where you 
were getting the "-lncurses" for the postgresql configure. The build said it 
could not find it. I'm not totally sure that's a valid switch.
