20040309-1 testiso

With sofar's latest changes to theedge and hopefully the double-asking bug and
triple downloading bugs squashed, this latest testiso should become Lunar 1.4.0.

Default lunar kernel was also recompiled at evildrew's request for the Promise
IDE controller failing to work correctly as a module, so its included in the
kernel now.

Added automake-1.8.3, modutils-2.4.27 and procps-3.2.0.  All since the 20040304-1
iso.

Barring any more show stopping bug reports, when 20040309-1 becomes Lunar 1.4.0,
I'll also bump gcc-3.3.3 and ncurses-5.4 into regular moonbase at the same time.
