Lunar 1.4.0 delayed...

We've decided to delay 1.4.0 a while longer.  sofar is working hard on
squashing the multiple ask bug in theedge, as well as making the sorting
of depends a LOT faster.

The latest testiso is 20040307-1 and I think for the most part it is
very close to a final version for 1.4.0.  Just need to wait for some
core fixes (multiple ask, maybe the multiple fetch bug, and the removal
of old kernels bug from /boot).

Thanks to cmak, and nhudson for testing the 20040304-1 iso and providing
some feedback.
