lunar2 developement

Hi guys,

this is basicly what has been said during two quite busy IRC sessions.
One of them is in between various people in #lunar doing a brainstorming
concerning lunar2 and its future developement and the other one is me
and X chatting about the brainstorming and about his past work on lunar2
with Ruby.

Please read them and tell me what you think.

I'm going to put up a plain scheme of what I think the new coretools
structure would have to look like (If I get the time .. *sigh*). If you
want to take a look (READ: Take a look!) Xoritor's work with ruby do the
following: cvs co lunar2. DO NOT use those script for ANYTHING or you
gonna regret it (You've been warned).
