readline module proposal

Hi all,

  The 5.0 version of readline library was released. To update the module in 
the moonbase there is a problem which have a simple solution.
  The problem is that bash (mc and other modules) depend now on version 4 of 
the libreadline and libhistory in /lib directory. In order to install the new 
readline and keep bash in function until it can be recompiled i have added 
the a POST_INSTALL file to the module.
  This solution permits the use of the readline related modules (bash is 
critical) until them are relined.
