digikam new version

Hi all,

  For some time the digikam module is not updated. Here is a proposal for it. 
I don't have (and i don't want) imlib and gtk+ installed on my system. Maybe 
someone can test it please. For dillo web browser it was released the 0.8.2 
version. It depends on gtk+ too :(.
