About this, what do you say about adding /usr/X11/include into the 
default include list of gcc? many dists does this.

Its very common that when they develop programs on dists that has this 
that they forgot to add the X11 include/libs flags that configure so 
happly creates.

You could argue that "Why, should we, lame developers!" but it doesnt 
hurt since it wont break stuff.
