Coreutils not AFAIK. Unless something in moonbase uses the usleep from
coreutils, but I don't think so.

I just checked the chkconfig BUILD and that is broken with the
current system. I don't know if it breaks anything else, but if I
remove the creation of the symlinks from BUILD at least it
still installs. Should I commit that change, at least temporarily?
