initscripts hacking needed

Ok, here's some more ideas.

How about moving the usleep from coreutils to /bin and getting rid of
the one in initscript? We'd lose the -o option though ;-)

And I'd like to remove the testd stuff in ./src as well, since it's
totally useless.

I hope we are never going to support graphical boot messages, so perhaps
we can remove all references to that?

We could simply move init.d and the rc?.d directories to /etc instead of
symlinking from/etc/rc.d/. That leaves rc, rc.sysinit and rc.local; they
could perhaps be moved to init.d.
