Nestu,

I saw your note asking about the rollback of the kernel scripts (on irc)

Here's what I get from both -stable and -vanilla:

# lin linux-stable
linux-stable: Configure lilo? [n]

Reconfiguration is optional.
linux-stable: Configure linux kernel? [n]

Checking dependencies for linux-stable
+ downloading module "linux-stable"
+ Skipping download of "linux-2.4.22.tar.bz2" for module "linux-stable" (in cache)
Building linux-stable
+ Unpacking "/var/spool/lunar/linux-2.4.22.tar.bz2" in "/usr/src"
+ Editing "Makefile"
+ make="alias make='make -j3'
        /usr/bin/make", MAKES="3"
+ CC_EXT="", CXX_EXT=""
+ Enabling gcc wrapper scripts to force optimizations
+ BUILD="i686-pc-linux-gnu"
+ GCCVER="3"
+ CFLAGS="-O3 -mcpu=pentium3 -march=pentium3 -mmmx -msse -mfpmath=387"
+ CXXFLAGS="-O3 -mcpu=pentium3 -march=pentium3 -mmmx -msse -mfpmath=387"
+ LDFLAGS=""
+ building "linux-stable" version "2.4.22" in /usr/src/linux-2.4.22
/sbin/lin: /var/lib/lunar/moonbase/kernel/linux-stable/BUILD: line 8: syntax error near unexpected token `xconfig'
/sbin/lin: /var/lib/lunar/moonbase/kernel/linux-stable/BUILD: line 8: ` xconfig )'

Same thing on sparc, and 2 x86 machines.

Becuase I was running late for a commitment I didn't have time to
review / debug and simply rolled back.
