Fully working glibc-2.3.2

I've updated glibc-2.3.2 in crater/libs/glibc and it now compiles/installs
with optional debug symbol stripping (strip -S) and it is even distcc/ccache
safe now.

More devs need to test the module in crater and then it should be ready to
be moved into moonbase.

I'ved compiled this glibc-2.3.2 module many times over the weekend now and
on several lunar boxes.  Everything appears to be working correctly.
