raidtools is on the latest ISO, and this is a nice addition, however, it 
requires a valid /etc/raidtab to exist for the tools to work.  If you already 
have a raid set established, you can just use your previously made raidtab, 
but for a new install (or repairing an install where raidtab is on a raid 
partition on a scsi drive so it isn't autodetected) it's a bit of a problem.  
Even if you create a raidtab file somewhere on a tmpfs, you still have to 
have the format memorized.

Anyway, my recommendation would be to replace raidtools with mdadm.  mdadm has 
help at the command line and can run without a config file.
