automated changelog generation for lunar, theedge, moonbase

hey all,

the changelogs will be automatically created and renewed twice a day
now, for lunar[30], theedge[30] and moonbase[10]. the number stated is
the number of days that will be logged. I've kept it relatively small
because moonbase changelogs grow rapidly. The changelogs are generated
and committed to cvs every 11:58 and 23:58, post me a line if I need to
change, add or beer.
