Newer version of dialog-0.9b-20030130

Just tested the newer version of dialog and of course it breaks quite a few
of the menus being used in lunar core tools.

So please don't version bump dialog UNLESS you have the time to edit and
check all occurrences of $DIALOG in the Lunar core tools. 

Lunar currently uses some auto-size features in dialog --menu that are now
computed differently in the latest versions.  Specifically auto-sizing by
setting width=0 and height=0 seems to be working differently.

There maybe other problems in the newer version of dialog as well.  The
new version does claim to have bug-fixes in it and some memory-leaks plugged.
It would be a good idea to switch over sometime, but as I said it's not a
small task.
