please do not do this

you're not helping any user by "hiding" wrong kernel configuration 
settings at all

as a matter of fact, you just made everyone forget that they have 
INOTIFY disabled, which is really really bad.

please revert this change, and put a "check for kernel setting" script 
in place in the CONFIGURE instead.
