    Changes:
    - Improved PostgreSQL compatibility
    - Better PHP 5.3 and PHP 4 compatibility
    - Better browser compatibility of CSS and JS aggregation

    - Fixed an incompatibility with some contributed modules and the locking system
    - Fixed a variety of other bugs.
