    syslinux: version bumped to 3.83.
    
    This release adds some minor new features, including the ability to
    add overrides to DHCP options in the pxelinux binary, a new version
    of the Hardware Detection Tool, and some fixes to the Gfxboot module.
    It also includes some additional workarounds for broken BIOSes.
