    exiv2: version bumped to 0.19.
    
    This release has a dramatically reduced memory footprint when writing to
    large TIFF and TIFF-based images, as the images are no longer completely
    loaded into memory. In addition, it improves the performance of read
    operations for such files by about a factor of six on Windows. It also
    provides extended Nikon makernote support. Exiv2 is now able to read and
    write many additional Nikon makernote tags, including encrypted tags.
