    poppler: version bumped to 0.12.3.
    
    Handing of the "/Decode" key on images was relaxed for compatibility
    with some documents. The reconstruction of the XRef for broken files
    was fixed. PSOutputDev code was made a bit more resilient. Several
    crashes were fixed. Other minor bugs were fixed.
