    gpsd: version bump,
    
    the most notable;
    
    the Garmin Simple Text Protocol is disabled because it causes SiRF
    packets to mis-detect as NMEA.
    
    added back C++ binding support, this omission was causing kdeedu4 to
    fail the build on some marble stuff.
