Log:
bump the version from 1.6.9p4 to 1.6.9p5. It fixes a bug in the IP address matching introduced by the IPV6 merge. It also fixes a bug that prevented sudoedit from creating new files. The visudo command, when used with the -f flag, will now use the permissions of the original file being edited, which makes it possible to use visudo with sudoers files kept under revision control. Groups and netgroups are now valid in an LDAP sudoRunas statement. The configure script has been updated to work with the latest autoconf and libtool.
