Log:
bump the version from 5.1.0 to 5.1.4. This release adds support for a recent change to the behavior of the Unreal server with regard to netsplits. Those using Unreal should upgrade, as a netsplit may cause earlier versions of Services to become desynchronized from the network. No other IRC servers are currently known to be affected.
