updated from 0.104 to 0.106
simplified SOURCE_URLs but the official mirror offers other tarball extension
simplified BUILD to remove CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS that screw installation here

now downloads, compiles and builds (see BR247)
but am unable to test because I don't have any ROMs :-(
