Log:
revert the version from 1.4.0 to 1.4.2. Several crashes and buffer overflows were eliminated. Transparency in several PDF viewers was fixed by a PDF color space setting. Disappearing geometry under some transformations was fixed. A bug with SVG radial gradients was fixed. Optimizations and several build fixes were made.
