Log:

Bug fix version bump. Of note is the removal of the old 1.x API.
Which means they finally all the identifiers are now lower case
characters.

At the minimum you will probably want to do a lunar fix as the
libpqxx-2.6.8.so changes to libpqxx-2.6.9.so which means those
apps that rely on it will not find them. Koffice is the only
one at this time that I know is effected.... there may be others.
