Log:
Tested scons-0.96.93 and 0.96.94, both fail to compile the module nonpareil in
moonbase/utils. Do NOT version bump scons unless you test a few of the scons using
modules in moonbase!!!  scons fails to compile modules now that have gcc warnings!
This is sheer stupidity on scons part.
