Log:
bump the version from 2.0.14 to 2.0.16. Added a custom RGBA blitter function that sets/maintains target alpha, a setAlpha function that sets alpha values in 32-bit surfaces, and a TextGfxBlit test program for new functions. Bugfixes too.
