Moving this to crater for now. There are some OpenEXR issues I thought
I had resolved. The real answer is to bump OpenEXR to 1.6.0. Doing 
that requires 3 new modules to be added to moonbase. BUT, the bigger
issue of bumping OpenEXR causes the kdegraphics3 make phase of the 
build to blow bits all over itself.
