bump the version from 1.2.3 to 1.2.4. 
Fixes to savegames, recall lists and replays 
Ported safe python from 1.3.1 
Fixed some small memory leaks 
Fixed Ethiliel not showing up in the scenario "Vengeance" of TSG, which did prevent the player from being able to finish this scenario.
