Log:
bump the version from 1.2.9 to 1.2.10. Collection importing no longer crashes on undo, and the z39.50 search was fixed so that it does not hang when stopping. The Amazon search was updated to use a newer API. Alexandria files are properly imported and exported. The ONIX export was updated to validate correctly. All HTML entities are now properly replaced. Blu-ray and HD DVD formats were added to the default video collection. The ibs.it search was updated, and the error-handling for ISBN-13 searches was fixed.
