Log:
Removed the unnecessary PRE_BUILD. mysql-5.0.26 builds correctly when
mysql-5.0.24a is still installed. Unlike mysql-5.0.24 refusing to build when
5.0.22 was previously installed.


Deleted: moonbase/trunk/sql/mysql/PRE_BUILD
