The BUILD is no longer needed.

Switched from livido to Weed effects/events framework
Fixed crash in error dialog
Added support for Frei0r effects
Added effect/clip-switch recording to default record mode.
Compiler fixes for AMD64.
Added support for automatic palette conversion/resizing.

and more.

It did compile and run fine on my AMD64.
