This dependency is impossible to satisfy, as gradm needs the kernel headers of 2.6-grsec to be present, and thus this dependency is WRONG. Besides that, gradm is OPTIONAL, you can use grsecurity without it just fine, you just cannot admin the acl stuff, but use all the other features like proc and chroot restrictions.
