Log:
Version bump uml for the 2.4.30 kernel. I reworked the uml kernel patch from
its 2.4.27 state for the 2.4.30 kernel. Updated the kernel .config file as well.
Added the sha1sums that I chose to omit in prior versions of the uml module.
